Com a vitoria da Ucrânia ficou decidido que no dia 9 de Setembro a cidade acolhedora do festival Kiev , no dia 30 de Janeiro foi decidido o Slogan deste ano "Celebrate Diversity", no dia 31 de Janeiro ficou decidido o sorteiro das semifinais e  no dia 27 de Fevereiro ficou decidido que este ano os apresentadores eram 3 homens : Oleksandr Skichko , Volodymyr Ostapchuk e Timur Miroshnychenko.
With the victory of Ukraine it was decided that on 9th September the welcoming city of the festival Kyiv, on January 30 was decided the Slogan this year "Celebrate Diversity", on 31 January was decided the draw of the semifinals and the day February 27 was decided that this year the presenters were 3 men: Oleksandr Skichko, Volodymyr Ostapchuk and Timur Miroshnychenko.
